- B Mulqueen Review added: 2018.10.12★ ★ ★ ★ ★This place is absolutely beautiful. It has some nice trails to walk along the river Spodden, passing ruins of old mills and water works. The main attraction is the old railway viaduct in the valley, that stands around 150ft above the river. However for me, the true beauty of Healey Dell lies within the variety of wild life that lives off the beaten track. It's an excellent place for photography, bird watching and animal tracking. The only negative comment I can make about this place is that, people often wild camp there leaving behind fire pits, scorched rocks and litter, which is an eye sore to anybody who appreciates the great outdoors. If you do visit Healey Dell, please, leave it how you find it, or better!
